  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

These are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, or customer availability.

 

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and remain available to receive orders. Truvelie is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address.
  • Phone unavailability.
  • Customer absence.

 

4. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer error or refusal, re-delivery fees may apply.
